ADVANCED HOMES, INC. is a home building business owned and operated by Bryan and Denise Vance. The business is a result of a lifelong influence of family in the building, real estate, and land development business. ADVANCED HOMES, INC. was created with the family in mind that exemplified quality workmanship, values, confidence, and Christian values. Our philosophy is to stand by our customers while eliminating the burdens of home building. We want our customers to enjoy the building or buying of their dream home.
Bryan Vance is a licensed real estate appraiser and is skilled in many of the different aspects of building. Because of his background, Bryan does much of the dirt work for the foundation and lawn work surrounding the homes he builds. He also personally trims the homes and completes the follow-up work for each Advanced Home.
